THE OBJECTIVE.

Living Health Group are an Osteopathic and Remedial Massage clinic based in Melbourne providing expert diagnosis and treatment to a range of injuries.

They reached out to us looking for specialised help to drive business growth by increasing the number of new initial clients booking into the clinic.

THE STRATEGY.

We implemented a bespoke Google Advertising strategy that focused on capturing high intent users searching online looking for allied health and osteopathic treatments in their local suburbs.

Leveraging their website and Cliniko as their preferred online booking system, we executed a PPC (pay per click) advertising strategy that generated between 20-40 new initial client bookings per month.

THE RESULTS.

Over the first 12 month period partnering with Living Health Group, we were able to generate $120,860 in lifetime value from new initial clients at an average cost of $42.02 per booking.

The total return on ad spend during this period was 11.2x and return on investment of 4.3x
